Becoming Limitless - The Un-Retreat

It’s not about taking a time out and away. It’s about taking a time in and exploring your inner world.

You don’t retreat from anything. Instead, you enter your life differently.

Over the course of a week, you and I play and work together. Every interaction is intuitive. We follow the energy. The week is designed specifically for you yet there is no intense agenda. This is about letting go of expectations which limit.

This week is an opening for emergence.

It’s about making the space for your creativity, wisdom, and longing to emerge.  

Your immersive experience is a portal to a new way of being in the world, into the next chapter.

There isn’t a long laundry list of things to do. This is a bespoke experience that includes – time for reflection, focus sessions, one activity, one healing session and photography that captures the essence of your transformation.

Time with me, time alone, time to heal and time to capture the moment.

Activities

In the past here are some things that have formed part of other guests experiences: kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, work with horses, hiking, spa day, healing therapies (acupuncture, sound bowls, yoga, pilates), journal writing, day trips, market days, art galleries, wineries, spontaneous road trips or events! You’ll also enjoy exploring the beautiful Algarve.

Pre and Post Conversations

Every client schedules an intention session in advance and a 30 min follow-up session within 30 days of returning home. (There is an option is to book three sessions in advance and/or after.)

Renewal Experiences

Every guest may return for a Renewal Experience within two years at a 20% discounted price. Renew your commitment to the transformation in your life and keep up with changes and shifts in your journey.

    Getting by with a little help from your friends.

    Do you have a network of women who you would like to spend quality time with and develop and grow together? Peers, collaborators, friends, mid-life women, girlfriends, or entrepreneurs who support one another.

    Come as a group to explore who you BE - not a focus on business but a focus on YOU. You already spend time and energy taking care of others. Now it’s time to take care of you in the company of friends.

    Restorative Circles is ideal if you feel isolated and want to reconnect with your group of friends, or circle of women.
