The Aligned Leader Day is a one-day immersive retreat hosted in the Algarve at a private, unhurried space designed for the kind of thinking, shifting, and grounding that doesn't happen in a webinar. We'll work through the real architecture of conscious entrepreneurship: confidence, communication, boundaries, collaboration, and the business acumen that keeps a heart-centered practice strong, not soft.

You'll leave with clarity you can act on, language you can actually use, and a way of leading that feels like you — not a performance of you.

By the end of this day:

Come in. Coffee, tea, something good to eat. A gentle opening exercise to leave the noise of the road behind and arrive in your full self. We begin with a question, not an agenda.

10:30  Session 1: The Confident Core

Showing up without shrinking, leading without performing.

We look at where you hold back — in conversations, in pricing, in rooms where you feel like an outsider in your own expertise. We work with what's underneath: identity, story, the energy you bring before you say a word. Practical, honest, and grounded in what it actually takes to lead with authority and heart simultaneously.

11:30  Session 2: Values in Action

From what you believe to how you operate.

Your values are not your brand colors. They are the governing force of every decision, every hire, every offer, every no. This session maps the gap between your stated values and the lived reality of your business — and gives you the tools to close it. We'll also work on communicating your message with the kind of precision and soul that attracts the right people and repels the rest.

A real lunch. Good food, good conversation, no agenda. This is part of the day, not a pause from it.

14:00  Garden Walk & Open Reflection

The light in the Algarve is luminous. We walk, we talk, we let things land. This is not a structured exercise — it's what happens when you give your nervous system permission to integrate what your mind has been working through. Some of the most important things are said here.

15:00  Session 3: The Architecture of Boundaries

Where your work ends and your life begins — and why that line is leadership.

How to hold boundaries without apology in business relationships, collaborations, client dynamics, and your own daily rhythms. How to lead and collaborate from a place of strength, not depletion. How to protect the energy that makes your work possible.

16:00  Close

One clear intention. One thing you're no longer doing. One thing you are. You leave grounded, not overwhelmed, with a short written commitment to yourself — and to the business you came here to build.

17:00  Celebration (Optional)

Join us for a glass of wine and nibbles as we celebrate the first step of your aligned business.
