You’re warmly invited to an evening of poetry, presence, and connection at Galleria Meinke Flesseman as we celebrate the launch of Between Root and Sky—a contemporary poetry collection by award-winning author Alicia M. Rodriguez.

These poems move gently through love, grief, longing, and spiritual transformation, drawing inspiration from the natural world and the quiet thresholds of becoming. Alicia will share selected readings from the book, followed by a signing and time to linger together.

Hosting the evening is Meinke Flesseman, the artist and gallery owner. Wicky van Deemter-Heemskerk of Aroma and Flower Healing, will be joining the event also. She has created a beautiful companion essence for the collection—an aromatic invitation to pause, soften, and return to wholeness, echoing the spirit of the poems.

As a special gift, the first twenty guests who purchase a book at the event will receive a complimentary bottle of this limited-edition essence.

• Poetry reading begins at 7:00 pm, followed by author signing
