What You Need to Provide:
Pay for your session here and I will receive a notice so I will expect a message from you.
Send an email or voice memo detailing your question or situation as clearly as possible. You should indicate your challenge (be succinct), what you have done to date to resolve it, any obstacles you feel impede your progress and what your ideal result would be.
